The French health and safety agency ANSES has just published its report to the French government recommending the inclusion in French national legislation and the CMD of a list of cytostatic, or carcinogenic, drugs and agents (HMPs).

They also recommend better information, awareness raising, best practice guide, monitoring of exposure and training and a regular review of the substances and consideration to broaden the list. This combination of legislation and guidance on HMPs is aligned with the legislative amendments passed by the European Parliament that we hope you will be discussing and supporting soon in the trilogue.
